If you have a FlowLNCR account
Open Settings, Your data, then Delete my data. If you'd like a copy first, Export everything is one click above it. Your workspace, files and sign-in are removed within 30 days, usually within a week. Until I've done it, you can change your mind and cancel the request.
If you filled in a form, opened a link or reported a payment
The freelancer you wrote to decides what happens to your answers, so ask them first. If you can't, write to me with the email address you used and the freelancer's name if you know it, and I'll make sure it is deleted or passed on to them.
If you are on the waitlist or wrote to me
Write to me with the email address and I'll delete your entry and your messages.
What happens next
I confirm that I received your request, make sure it is really you (I may answer on the address you used), then delete. I tell you when it's done. If you make the request through the form, no account is needed.
What I must keep
The records of what you paid me for a plan, for as long as the law requires me to keep accounts. They hold no more than the payment itself.
